ACTCOINESE-MAX is a casual game collection designed for single-device play. This policy explains how the app handles information.

We respect your privacy. ACTCOINESE-MAX does not require profile creation, or remote data submission. Gameplay, scores, and preferences stay on your device unless you choose to share information outside the app (for example, by sending us an email).
2. Information Stored on Your Device
To provide gameplay and progress tracking, the app may store the following locally on your device:
- Game scores, best results, stars, and round history
- Difficulty level selection (Recruit, Standard, Veteran)
- Sound effects and haptic feedback preferences
- Tutorial completion flags for individual game modules
- Recent activity summaries shown in the station log
This information is used only to operate game features such as progress display, difficulty settings, and optional reset functions.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
ACTCOINESE-MAX does not collect or store:
- Your name, phone number, home address, or government ID
- Advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking
4. Local Storage Only
All gameplay data described above is saved using on-device storage provided by iOS. Data remains on your phone or tablet and is not transmitted to our servers as part of normal app use.
You can remove stored progress at any time through the in-app Reset Progress option in Station Config, or by deleting the app from your device.
5. Third-Party Services
ACTCOINESE-MAX does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or social sharing modules. Apple may process standard App Store download and update information according to Apple’s own privacy policies.
6. Children’s Privacy
The app is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because data stays on the device, parents and guardians can manage usage through device controls and by resetting or removing the app.
7. Data Security
We design ACTCOINESE-MAX to minimize data exposure by keeping information on your device. Please protect your device with a passcode or biometric lock to help safeguard locally stored game data.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
